Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) must never be placed in your waste disposal or recycle bins. I played some aeroplane noise through a clip on YouTube as well and these headphones managed to cut it out almost completely. Allowing some ambient noise around you can increase safety or will simply enhance the voices around you without having to remove your headphones. It does a poorer job of separating your voice in noisier environments, and loud noises, like a passing train, can easily drown out your voice. But the most important thing about the Hesh ANC is that when you handle or flex these headphones there’s zero cracking or squeaking.

Plus, whenever you get low, the Rapid Charge feature gives you 3 hours of extra listening time on just a 10-minute charge. Active Noise Cancellation mode will tune out the surrounding noise and let you focus on your music and the task at hand. Their active noise cancelling feature significantly reduces ambient noise around you, and they have longer continuous battery life. However, the padding on the headband seems a bit thin, which can make them uncomfortable for long listening sessions.

One feature that will be really useful to a lot of people is that the Skullcandy Hesh ANC have Tile technology built-in which means if you can’t find them, you can use the Tile app to ring them, you’ll then hear them play the Tile tune so you can locate them. In our battery testing of consistent music output peaking at 75dB(SPL), the Skullcandy Hesh ANC lasts 22 hours, 58 minutes. With the new Skullcandy Hesh ANC headphones you're getting the headphones, plus a USB to USB-C charging cord (not an end, though), cables for plugging in if you don't — or can't— go wireless, and a soft bag for carrying them. The ANC emits a high-frequency hiss (not unpleasant—think faint white noise), which is common among affordable noise-cancelling headphones. It doesn’t sound terrible, but the lower-register instrumentation steps forward from its subtle anchoring role and occasionally sounds booming.

They have strong mids with hard hitting bass that doesn’t bottom out which I feel is very important to point out cause the bass on the Venue’s does like to bottom out quite a bit and start sputtering. Despite having a haptic bass feature that adds a sensory intensity to bass frequencies, they have a more accurate bass than the Hesh ANC, and their sound profile is more neutral overall. BNPL is an interest bearing option that allows you to delay payments on your purchases for up to 12 months depending on how much you spend. But if you want to you can always still use a wired connection with these headphones cause they still have an easy to reach 3.

The Skullcandy Hesh ANC has controls on the right ear cup, with a hollow circular button as the ANC button, a plus and minus button for volume up and down, and a multi-function button between the two.
