Yes the game has problems in that department, but let's all be clear here. The game is complete and utter garbage. I'm talking ET levels of bad. The premise of the game is dull. The story is boring (particularly compared to the wider LOTR and Hobbit stories!), and the gameplay is just... the worst! I mean look at it! It's sending me to.
